To be honest, I don't know why money was spent on a new theme for a dying forum.
Content has a much higher priority than a what a forum looks like, and money should've been spent on advertising in an attempt to gain an increase in traffic.
Not only that, but generalizing this forum as just another gaming forum (expanding into 465121 other games) makes us no different to the other 342894213553241 gaming forums out there.
Runescape 'hacking' is this forums niche, and we should stick to it as that's what identifies us as being different. Not only that, but it means much less competitors.

Less competitors -> More Traffic -> More members -> More Upgrades -> More money -> More advertising.

SEO should also be looked at.
Seeing 'Runescape Hacking Forums' on Google is much more appealing to people (kids) than 'Runescape Community Forums' for a start.



A lot needs to be done to 'revitalize' this place..
