Just about to hit 99 Cooking, but after that, what should I do?

Skill? If so, which one?
Train to PK? If so, what sort?
etc etc.

I'd go with a Zerker pure since you're already at 23 def. Maybe get your range up as well.

Become a staker, you're already one pray and you probably can get chaotics easy

If you become a zerker you wouldn't have that much work to do other than prayer.
