Pretty much giving trust to sellers and stating their legitimacy. If I were a buyer, I wouldn't really judge just by vouches, though. People ask for them all the time.

basically someone who has done a trade with you that has went smooth and leaves a comment saying you it went well and the user is 'trusted'

When people have dealt with you and assure everyone you're legitimate. A lot of people mistake it for "this is my friend."

When a user buys/sells goes smoothly they can confirm that the user is legit.
