If you have GTA V, get the iFruit app. I don't really like safari, so I have another browser installed on mine too.

The main apps I use are twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Podcast, and Google Chrome. As Raptor said, I don't prefer safari. I don't play many games, but I like line runner, cube runner, GTA3, and Battlefield: Bad Company 2 is pretty entertaining.

EQu is an incredible music equaliser, best I've used, I miss it so much since I've moved to Android.

Get bloons tower defense five, it's one of my favorites.
