So gals, I'm looking into making my own forum based website, but I've only got $15 Dollars to purchase hosting&a domain :/ , Any ideas were to get nice decent hosting?

Are you looking for an off-shore host or just any good host?

There's also Exint (off-shore), x10, HostGator, etc.

Don't waste your money starting a forum which offers nothing new and will be active for a day then die, just go and buy something which will actually benefit your life.

I agree. Your forum won't get many people since it'd be new and I'm assuming it'd be like most other forums. If you have a good niche or something unique, I'd say go for it.
