I remember a forum where I had signed up today. I can't remember the name. Yaldaram, Uzi & few Unique Forum members are on that Forum. The only thing I remember is, the Forum had webhosting options and users gain Credit points on posts. Can anyone tell me what I'm looking for?

Nope. Not HF. I remember HF Good. That forum gave credits on posting and credits could be used for Web hosting purchases.
