Way of getting 57 sumoning fast?

I need to get 57 summoning for nature runes
atm i'm on 4 summoning and have 308 charms, How can I get to 57 fast?
Is there a way of getting summoning up without charms?

Go kill waterfiends if u can, ull have 57 within a day frOm all the charm drops

no go get 3x charms and ull have charms within 1-2 hours barraging/bursting rock lobbies
