water or tissue paper?

tissue paper is used as a alternative to water in many places like washing hands sometimes when we are out in a restaurant or so. what do you prefer water or tissue paper? i always prefer to use water.

Soap and water is best for cleaning the skin. Tissue is used for wiping wets only. It doesn't kill the germs.

Water is definelty better for the hands. I mean tissue is not going to clense it jsut maybe get some of the dirt off. Water and soap as the other post above me said is the best method to clensing the hands. Good question and hope i helped.

i think water is best to wash with but in many places you have ti use tissues i use both of them too

i use tissue paper only when water is not available.i don't feel clean untill i wash my hands with water.it would be better to supply with wet tissues.then it would be best.

yeah me too! i always wash my hands with water because they feel really cleaner and tissue paper i do only use for wipe my nose and sometimes for my hands, but if there is water i use it more, it is better to get rid of the germs with hot water.

Water of course! It is not totally clean if you just use tissue paper! Water with soap is much better to clear out germs and bacteria.
