Was 911 a conspiracy?

for some reason my friends have been discussing this recently. we cant really decide whether or not 911 was a conspiracy or not. my friends say yes, i say no. what do you think? why?

I think yes. Especially after watching this extremely good documentary named, "911: In Plane Site". Its on netflix.

Maby it's both 50/50 you know.
The Gov. hd something to do with it as well as the terrorist.

From the outside looking in, as I'm not an American nor do I live anywhere near The U.S I highly doubt the 911 attacks was an inside job.

But to be fair I'm probably a little bias as conspiracy theorists really are one my pet hates.

At best ( or worst ) US intelligence agencies might have had info on such an attack which was never acted upon fully.

i watched it and it was all bs. All of the stuff they said was proven by other videos. I think the gov. had intel and blew it off. that's all. they didnt actually plan it

Are you kinding me? Thats a surprise was convincing enough for me. They proved there was no plain that hit the pentagon they lied to us about that PERIOD there is no possible way around it, There was plenty of proof. So I do not see how you could say they did not plan something there.
