Warning levels awarded

I was looking at somebody's profile and saw they had a certain number of warning level. This led me to think of my last warnings, which then led to me wondering about other people.
My question is, what have you been warning for and how many times ( estimate ) have you been warning in total? I personally have only been warned once, by chill for character evading a very long time ago.
 
I cannot remember all of them but my last one was this week for ripping Optimus a new asshole.

I don't ever recall seeing my profile with an ugly percentage below it. :p
I'd like to thank everyone for not reporting my posts or anything.
 
I've only had one warning on here. It was from Mr. Chill and for supposedly flaming, although I wasn't and we worked it out. ;P
 
I never had a warning since the team I joined. Also Megaman, I didn't get you.
 
I have gotten a warning for everything possible. I've had a warning level of 100% multiple times.
 
I have yet to receive any warnings for anything.
 
The while time ice been apart of ForumKorner, I've never had a warning level.
 
Warnings that I have received in the past:

-Flaming (used to receive on a daily basis lol).
-Character evading.
-Threatening Users VIA PM.
-Threatening Staff VIA PM.
-Disrespecting Staff VIA post.
-Posting Users / staff personal information.
-Posting Pictures of staff.
-Impersonating staff.
-Impersonating Philly.
And A SHIT ton more. I used to hate a few users here and made it very clear when ever I seen them post haha.
Christy hates / hated me so it was a non stop battle there, her banning me, me getting unbanned and posting funny threads about the staff banning me, get banned again it was fun!
