From the records I have here I see that the gamertag was on multiple consoles and accounts, the evidence is tremendous. The account will remain suspended.

It's true, I knew Trojan was an XBLPET employee, he told me a while back.

You were also attempting to sell the account/gamertag which is against the Code of Conduct, the suspension will not be overturned.

Maybe this happened because of the history with the tag.. lol
 
He can't reverse the a action anyways, I talked with a Microsoft enforcement member and he said there will never be a reset on gamertags as well as saying that Microsoft cannot reverse a ban once it has been placed. This member might have been hiding it, but if someone has proof of facts please tell me otherwise.
 
Its not fun to get an account banned, I've gotten it only once though. But the fact that the gamertag is lost and you will have to come up with a new one is kinda annoying.

Wow man that sucks for you. Did you think that maybe the seller tried to get it back by calling microsoft but it got banned instead?
 
While you were selling the tag, you had it on your profile saying what your gamertag was, which was that three letter that got banned. Maybe that's why it got banned. Sorry for your loss.
 
It seems like they are tracking down gamertags. Maybe they did get smart and one of "us" is a Microsoft employee. :O
