What's up with everyone wanting to give feedback on other members now?

Within this past couple days there has been 3 mods and 1 staff who posted threads about feedback about them. Like 3-4 members who posted threads about giving feedback.

Thats the point in me making this, all of those aren't feedback their praising. I felt the need to make one in which I won't be just making people feel good about themselves, but actually give them something to improve on

I've had a lot of ups and downs with you. You've started a lot of very unnecessary and easily avoidable drama, and I still think you have some sort of need to be in charge of things/people. All I really have to say for now
