Random discussion I know, but what do you guys tend to do after you wake up? Do you lay in bed for a while so you can fully wake up, do you get straight up, go for a piss and go downstairs, or what do you do?

I sit in bed, but i sleep while listening to music, so I grab my iPod and check RG & Facebook, on weekends I tend to stay in bed for hours lol, unless I get a text sayin if I wanna go out.

Fuck music when you are asleep brah! I'm really sensitive when I sleep. Somebody coming up the stairs would wake me up, someone turning on the bathroom light will wake me up. Now that's only useful if I was being stalked by predators who wanted to kill me, sadly, that's not the case.

On the weekends I stay in bed for a bit and go on the internet and check out various sites, but on school days I wake up, get a shower, get ready for school, and leave.

Recently i've been falling asleep while watching youtube videos or chatting to people, I wake up and ive gone on loads of different websites in my sleep >.>

But when i wake up around 1 minute in bed then up.

I've found myself falling asleep at the computer a lot recently, especially since I've been having very late nights on the PC. Last night for example I was awake and on Rune Gear until 5am, then fell asleep, and woke up at 8am. So 3 hours sleep, and now I'm starting to feel the effects of it.

I need to change my routine, it's not healthy. I wake up, and drag myself to my computer almost immediately and browse RG and Minecraft related things. I would like to start going to bed at 12am at the max. Then I'll have an easier time waking up at 7am.

From there, I'd like to;

- Wash my face
- Brush my teeth
- Poop
- Work out
- Shower
- Poop
- Runegear and Minecraft.

Any motivating words to help me reach my goal?

I stay up till like 3 in the morning on my computer ITs rather annoying
+ I have exremely hard times waking up thats why I failed last year =(
But this year Weed is helping me go to sleep but I still have that mindset of I wanna go on RG 24/7 =S

Stay on bed for a few minutes, then check my phone for new stuff (FB, MSN, BBM, WhatsApp, etc).
And depending on what hour it is, I take breakfast or lunch... Sometimes I wake up at 2pm.

I stay up till about 1am but for me that's too late. I'm doing fine in school, though. I'll be completely graduated in about 2 months.

You can do it. If you need to, use sleeping tablets to help you sleep. Alternatively, smoke a couple of joints before sleeping. It'll do you the world of good.
