ok, so i want to buy a cheap reliable VPN. But first could someone tell me what a VPN is and can i bot RS on one?

Also would you be able to post or PM a link for a VPN that you can pay for monthly

A VPN is a Virtual private network.

A VPS is a Virtual private server.

VPS's host games, run bots and so on.

VPN's make you anonymous on the internet.

Completely different.
