All of the VPN's I've came across as I'm searching for a permanent one have a monthly subscription. Do you know of any that is just a single time purchase and after that you get a serial code maybe for a year type of thing?

CyberGhost? I tried, but I got a message saying the service was unavailable. Also read on the promotion page that the expiry date was February 28th which has obviously passed.
Probably just going to end up paying yearly, doesn't seem too bad.
