Visa Prepaid Card QUESTION

I'm trying to link an American Prepaid Visa card bought from the store to an American paypal. I'm not sure how to do this. Is anyone here knowledgeable in this field and could help me out? It's only a $25 card.

It says that Paypal is going to send a small charge so i can confirm it, but where do i look to find that charge? Is there a Visa site where you can check a Prepaid's transactions?

on the visa site it says something about going to a store to check, i am so confused.
