Very Confused - Wtf Xbox

So a few days ago I phoned 1-8004MYXBOX after readinh Philly's tutorial on how to get XBL off a banned account.

Basically, all I did was get to an agent about Xbox Live support, and then asked the guy if I could take XBL off one account and put it on another account. The guy said sure, of course, and then after giving a bit of information, yadda yadda, guy said I'd get a phone call in a few hours wtih my code

Got my XBL code, entered it in, everything went fine.

Today I called again to do it for a different account, and the girl said that's never been possible?

What the fuck?

Weirdest thing is, she claimed to be have working there for over a year.

The Xbox agents occasionally play dumb. Most, if not all, agents know all the rules. However, they sometimes act as if they did not know, or in your case, as though it was never possible. I don't really know nor understand the reasons they do that, but I have definitely noticed this in many cases.

Just call again, often times methods that involve calling MS requires several tries and almost does not happen on the first try every time.

Yeah that happens, All you have to do is hang up and call again. Some ms employees are just straight up stupid. Its like they went to stupidville to employee there employees. As almost all are stupider than an ant.

When I get my live, a different way it is always different. Usually the guys will put up a fight and so they don't do this but then I tell them my friend has done it, an I will argue with them, in the end I ALWAYS get it. Usually the girls will do it right away, they are just stupider, no offense but doing 100+ calls it is actually true.
