Today I will be offering a service to verify people's Paypal Account. After verification, you will be able to withdraw(to the bank I give you which you can spend withdraw in real life) and send/receive as much as you like. Your chance of losing a dispute and becoming limited will be very rare. Please note that I will provide you with the routing/account number, then you will have to pay before I give you the two deposit amounts.
(Note: It will take an addition of 7-11 business days for me to get the routing number(once you paid) and for the account to be fully verified so please have patients.)

I will only offer one vouch copy/service to any Mod or Admin.

I would fucking love this, I've been perm IP banned/perm account closer for like 5 years from hacking back in the day.
