Well after being -200 on my old PayPal I made a new account and became verified once again, GG to the chargebacked PayPal. I now accept PayPal once again.
 
Make sure it's not linked to your old paypal if you get limited getting closed

It's not my dad made a fresh bank account and debit card all for me.

Ok when you made it did you change you're ip? They link you based on that and / Address

Old paypal= Mom's house
New paypal= Dad's house
I'm dynamic.
