IPB every day of the week. The ACP is flawless, the skins are beautiful. Lacks a bit in modifications but it's generally an amazingly constructed piece of software. Completely Admin and User friendly.

IPB is just simply amazing. It is easy to develop for (Not many modifications as it is not as popular as vBulletin).

Vbulletin+Google = Great Traffic
Vbulletin faster and stronger ,you can see this when you get 1,000,000 + users and posts
also there is many Plugins For Vbulletin and you can sell the license anytime you want many ppl looking to buy VB license

I'd go for the vBulletin forum. But get a good skin first, the one you have installed right now hurts my eyes.
