Vanguard userbar

So, i am creating a group called vanguard,, whenever i get a good deal on a group, and I have started thinking up ideas for a userbar and stuff.
So far this is what i have:

I got the idea of the style from @astro

Depends on if you want UBs as well from previous groups I've owned

@Twelve if you are making your own group U would suggest getting astro to make it, the current one is okay, but astro could make it a lot better I'm sure.
