MOTTO
Audacia erit vigent.

INTRODUCTION
A quick overview of the group.

Valiance is defined as "the qualities of a hero or heroine; exceptional or heroic courage". Of course, we will not be searching for recruits from a literal outlook, but from a figurative one. This group shall consist of only those whom are worthy. When I say "worthy", I am not speaking of this typical, cliche view. When I say "worthy", you'll know exactly what I imply based off of our recruitment. A few public characteristics that we will be on the search for are as follows: determination, contribution/helpfulness, self-display, and much more.

RECRUITMENT
The process is much different than any other group.

On the first of every month, an official recruitment challenge will be held for Valiance. Each recruitment challenge, each month, will differ in some way (so there's no point in planning ahead). We will narrow our results down to three members. From there, the selected three will participate in a final challenge. The entire selection process will span an entire week (final winner announced on the seventh). Not everyone will to able to enter the challenges. Each challenge will have specified requirements to sift out participants.

Application via GroupCP will be automatically denied and the result will be a permanent blacklist from the group. Also, if you so much as ask to join, you will also be blacklisted. No exceptions.

OVERALL REQUIREMENTS
Requirements needed before entry of any challenge.

* You must acquire a minimum of 100 reported posts.
* You must be upgraded to a minimum of "Power".
* You must have a clean history (no scam reports).
* You must be a member of no less than three months.

If accepted to the group:

* You must wear the userbar for no less than 4 days a week.
* You must maintain a minimum of 10 posts per week in the sub-forum.

Staff members, moderators, and group leaders will be exempt from specified requirements.

PUBLIC BLACKLIST

RE: Valiance: Official Usergroup Details

I can't wait to see how this group turns out. It should be an interesting journey.

RE: Valiance: Official Usergroup Details

Well ill never get in lol. Sexy group though

Maybe I can have a chance at getting in, I have to be on the lookout for spammers/multi-accounters so I can get the 100 reported posts requirement first, though.

Would a staff member such as myself be excluded from the reported posts requirement? Because obviously there is no reason in me reporting a post since I can just take care of it myself.

Yes. Staff members and moderators will be exempt from that requirement.

This looks like an extremely interesting group, I think it'll turn out well.
I'll definitely be striving to meet those requirements, good luck with it all.

Good luck on this group, will apply in the future!:)

I would apply but I do not have a single reported post or 3 months :(. Cool group doe!!

Hmm, this looks different, Sector. Have fun with it, I may attempt to join in the future. I'll be totally honest, the requirement of 100 reported posts is a bit silly. You should also fix your grammatical errors in the thread, Mr. Grammar Freak. :p

Please point out the grammatical errors of which you are referring to.

Why is the requirement for reported posts silly?

I put arrows to them. There were a few in this paragraph. :p
If you didn't know, when using quotes along with another punctuation mark, the quotes follow it. For example: "worthy," not "worthy". :p
Have fun with the group, Sector. It looks pretty cool. I'm curious to see what these challenges are.

Making a milestone to report posts is pretty stupid. It should be something you do just to help out, not to get an award, get into a group, or look "high quality." It's not something to brag about. Haha. That's just my view on it, obviously it's up to you guys. :D

That's the whole reason I report. Plus, there's only 3 other people that actually report posts.

I wouldn't say that. Maybe there are only 3 people who feel it's necessary to make known. I report posts regularly, but I don't even know how many I have. It's really not a big deal whether you do or don't.

Actually, that is false. The quotes I used were run-on definitions with no punctuation. Punctuation sits inside of the quotation marks only when referring to a direct quote. In this case, the punctuation ignores the rule because of its reference.

I don't want to argue about grammar on this thread. So, feel free to private message me with anything else you'd want to say.
