I have been told that they have "Unlimited Live" until they are swapped over to the Xbox 360.
I don't know if that's solid info, but that is what I have been told.
I'm not too sure but I'm assuming the account will say it has Gold until an employee signs into it.
Just like how normal accounts do. I may be wrong though.
But the reason i say this is b/c i saw a couple v1's that were on Silvers.
It happens to all accounts. Idk how to explain but say I put like on gold on a account. It runs out. I need to sign into the account to make the gold bar go away. They probably bought live and since they can't sign in, it's still there
Thanks for the honest answers guys. I have the assumption that they've not turned auto-renewal off and my hope of it resetting has disappeared. I believe a lot must think the same too?
