I believe Uzi decided to resign after his scam report was not resolved for a while, and when it did it did not go in his favor. I am not entirely sure though.
I do believe he was one of the best Mod's here. So it's tough to see him resign like that.

Worst mod to ever be in here imo.. He bought it technically by giving philly uzigaming.net the domain and merged around 2k users. As well as Superior. Philly gave him his own custom group (Superior) and Mod for the merge.

I didn't cry at all. I wasn't even upset by the scam report. If I was really concerned, I could have called up PayPal regarding the dispute and win the report because the payment was sent as 'Goods', but I decided to let Kyle keep the $28.00.

If I was upset in any shape or form, I could of went on a banning spree and/or a vouch deletion spree; but I'm not like that. I'm still here, and I'm more active than before. Obviously something had to be given in return for me merging my website with ForumKorner? Do you think I would have merged my website for free? No.
