well I'm not going to waste my time by ripping hard UBs without receiving a good outcome, I simply use them for personal use or release them. I also rip MyBB themes and HTML templates.

I ripped and modified VELOCITY's userbar (the one I'm wearing) from Astro because I was too impatient for him to get online.

Ughhh, that just takes way too long though I've already invested my time in HTML, CSS, Java, and simple Photoshop, I don't wanna go ADVANCED. I would need someone like Astro, Yosemite, or Sector to give me lessons as I am more of a hands on guy. Plus I rather just pay someone to do it for me.
