Userbar PSD

Anyone know where I can find the PSD files for the current userbars?

I think this is why ocean got banned for releasing them, but i am a newbie after all

Last I heard, Ocean is the only one with them. I could very well be wrong, though.

Ocean is the only person with the .PSD files. Search for Philly's thread in the graphic section entitled "Userbar Templates". They're the .PNG files, but they work. When you color them, just set the layer to "overlay".

Philly made a stickied thread in the gfx section, don't mention it
