UPS Number?

My package still hasn't been delivered and it's 7:00 PM, this is honestly ridiculous!

What is UPS's number (United States), but the one where I can talk to an actual person not a machine?

I already have Diamonds but I can not find anything except the phone number that answers with a machine. This is insane it still says "In Transit:On Time," it's passed 7:00 PM and it says that's their deadline!

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't it supposed to say something along the lines of "Out for Delivery" on the day it's supposed to be delivered?

That's exactly what I thought but mine still says it's in Pennsylvania, it's been two days with no status update.. But mine doesn't say that it says it's In transit :/
