@Philly upgraded someone to Power+ yesterday and they weren't even close to meeting the requirements. It was part of the Anniversary giveaway, so this is an exception.

how do you get donator?

@Roy Power+ is Philly's exclusive group he can upgrade anyone to it whenever he wants. Power is an official group, you need to have Onyx and Donator to receive Power. Go to the upgrade page.

It says he upgrades up to Power, including the donator award. I didn't say he didn't have to have it; I said he didn't have to purchase it. This argument is asinine and is over.
