If you have onyx and you want power you must have donated $10 to @Philly. If you have donated, than maybe you can win! If you have no upgrades and want Onyx than you can win for sure!

The 50th poster gets upgraded if you don't meet the requirements and you're the 50th poster I will use random.org,
