I think the intro cinematic was a bit over edited, I'd turn the screen flashes down a little, other than that I actually think it's decent.
 
That was pretty nice, you've got the sync down and everything. The first part with the black fades was a bit overdone but that's common in editing. Good work =D

I don't think it was over edited, I mean that is the point of a edit, just that song made me smh though. I liked it though.

I'm not a massive fan of COD Edits, but this looks quite nice, you may want to lower the time of the black screen at the beginning, it seems a little lengthy to me.
