Uh oh case review

It didn't ask me any of these questions on my GT's when I tried yesterday.
It just went through and did the case review.

You still had active gold on it then, you get the questions if you don't have all 4 requirements.

it doesn't need Xbox live, if you don't have live then you answer the questionnaire.

does adding a trial count as having xbox live on the account?
 
Basically if you don't have gold you need to do the questionnaire. The questionnaire is easy as fuck , but I' seem to always get one wrong. If you get too may wrong , you fail and they don't read your case.

I got all questions correct for two accounts, believe it or not lmao I nearly clicked yes to a purple avatar been allowed ha. And @package no it doesn't class as live, that's why your account doesn't go gold (360) when you activate trials etc
 
Don't get your hopes up but if for some reason these tags get unbanned it would help the shitty Gt Market.
 
Bumping this really exiting thread and I'm looking forward to the outcome of my two tags, not getting my hopes up too much though........

They still haven't responded to me yet. Hopefully they do a thorough investigation.

No nothing, I filled out the 500 character appeal form then 3 days later I checked and it said that.

Good luck and if it gets unbanned get on this thread with a screen shot of what it says lol. BTW this thread should be stickied as its my fav thread atm and very interesting ;)
