I did the case review for two accounts now, they ask random but easy questions all the time.
 
Could you explain a little more about how this works? Do you fill out a form or answer a series of questions to get an account(s) unbanned?

Not every time, this is pretty rare to happen imo.

@sos , go to the enforcement ban page and it should say something like review case and just follow the screen stuff.

Right, so if you answer that question in your Gyazo shot as "yes" then they could unban you because you didn't know?

Or could they say you didn't read the code of conduct when signing up to Xbox Live?

Sounds dumb but this is a chance to unban your tag right?
 
I missed my chance to get my stat Halo Gamertag unbanned by a few weeks, fuck my life.
It says it has to be within 18 months, I missed it by one month.
 
I just did two accounts, I wrote this PMSL:

I had two accounts on my Xbox 360 and when I awoke one day I found them to be both suspended.
I have never asked for anybody's personnel information over Xbox live, nor have i ever stolen an account, I wouldn't know how to do that anyway.
I don't have a headset, and I distance and block myself from anybody that doesn't engage with the code of conduct.
I see myself as a fair player and would never breach the terms of Xbox Live, there has been a big misunderstanding.
I hope this is resolved, thanks.

It's not guaranteed to work. But it's a good chance , compared to being still banned till 9999. Nothing to lose apart form time
