Release your magazine, empty your clip, and disassemble your firearm. Trust me. No girl in this entire world is worth your life.
I have two words for that gal: Fuck her. Sorry if that may seem offensive, but you are allowing her to step all over you. Do not ever let anyone control your life. Get a grip. The subtle fact that she lied about being pregnant is eerie in itself. It would honestly make me question other things that she might have lied about during the duration that you have known her. By the way, you may as well quit labeling the man she is with now as your "best friend". Friends, let alone best friends would never kick you below the waist. If he is too immature to realize that then fuck him too.
Listen here and listen well. Put down any distractions and read the following very carefully and throughly.
You are 16 years old: You have an entire life ahead of you. What matters to you now may not matter to you ten years from now, or hell even five years down the road. You are so young and haven't even been given the chance to choose a rightful path. You are still in high school: The wonderful part about high school is meeting new friends and creating long lasting relationships. Find a new crowd to hangout with. Surround yourself with peers that encourage you. Perhaps find a new lady friend, get comfortable with her, and pour your heart out to her and never let her slip through your grasp. Stay in high school go beyond that: School is very important. Keep your head high and keep yourself in school. Go to college and land the career that you have always dreamed about. Picture yourself in five years as a successful young man.
Find a job: While working can create stress, it can just as easily relieve it too. How, you might ask? The significant thing about working is keeping yourself busy. When you are physically busy it allows you to wrap your mind around other things rather than continuously focusing on the negative aspects in life. It frees your mind from your "home life" and allows you to focus on your job, even if it is for just a few hours. With a job comes payday. Payday is the ultimate stress reliever. Work hard day in and day out, and come payday treat yourself to something nice. Perhaps a nice dinner, video game, hell even a tattoo, or anything else that may satisfy your wants per se.
Find a new hobby: Hobbies are the absolute best. My hobbies, for example, are working on my car and reading. For whatever reason, turning a wrench as always relieved my stress. I could be having an absolutely miserable day, but hand me a few nuts and bolts and out comes the sun after a thunderstorm. I would highly encourage you to start reading books. Books are great because they allow you to develop an inventive imagination, discover new things, and fundamentally develop a better self-image of thyself. As monotonous as it may sound, crack open a book and find out for yourself.
Sleep: This may sound unhelpful, but a good night's sleep can relieve a lot of stress. Aim for 7-8 hours hours of sleep a night. You will be ready to tackle the day and your body will thank you.
Lastly and most importantly, seek help: If you are progressively contemplating suicide, do yourself a favor and seek psychiatric help. Talk to someone about your depression. There are people out there that not only can help you, but are also more than willing to help you. I am not a psychiatrist or medical professional, but if you ever need anyone to talk to, do not ever hesitate to send me a private message.
