Go to this Link.
Click Upgrade Now!
Log in when prompted.
Select "Runescape" and Select "Other Payment" Option.
Select "Runescape Card" & Enter Pin.
Start Playing!

I been playing since '04 and I didn't really know how to do this till someone showed when I started botted multiple accounts. I have always had a CC on my main accoun with recurring membership. I could have figured it out but it was a lot easier for someone to tell me so I dont mess up.
