Turbos are down guys so GG #swap the world
 
I was just about to post this lol, yea but xbox.com is down atm this is the only safe time to swap.

Kind of a dumb question but how do you know when turbos are down?
 
Watch out it takes like 30 mins to swap since the servers are messed up!

They are back up now everyone, you either missed your chance or took advantage of it.

It's most likely because people are dumb lol and don't know how to use it. It worked fine for me when I swapped a few tags for my brother.
