6. Scamming is not tolerated, neither are tutorials portraying how to scam. <--- Also, this rule is false. Because if scammers weren't tolerrated at all, they would be permanently banned.
Basic Etiquette
1. Flaming members is not allowed.

Whilst he's here, he is giving HQ members a non pleasant time. Surely there should be some sort of justification in what I'm saying?
You can't say the things I'm saying aren't illogical TE. Because it's the same as a schoolyard, if there's a bully, you remove him from the yard. When he gets back, it doesn't mean he is going to be all excited that you got him suspended and be a good widdle boy now. If he gets back and is still acting like a c*nt, you suspend him for longer. So technically his 2 month ban for being a twat should have stayed anyway, because; a) he is ex-staff so he knows the rules and; b) he has prior bans.
