Trouble Upgrading

I'm looking to upgrade to onyx so I can neg back 2 users. When I go to the upgrade page and click on "Buy Onyx Now" it brings me to zahasi.com, but when I try continuing through the license agreement it just keeps refreshing the page. Some help with this would be appreciated.
