Australia, here. Meh, I do it to my friend all the time. Sometimes he even falls for it :p
 
I remember watching a video of some guy get arrested in the UK for trolling the death of a rapper from atlanta by posting hateful stuff on tribute pages. The guy ended up getting arrested. Some subtle trolling gets a pass buy hardcore trolling is a no no.
 
I did not know that trolling is already consider a capital offense in a state like arizona, well thats amusing
