You never know. People just have these accounts laying around, but I actually actively use my channel so for one, it's a HUGE sacrifice for me, because those 1K subs were gained through hard work and dedication and I've had alot of memories with that channel... So I was hoping to, but as I specified, "I know it isn't great"
