4 or 3 days ago, I was asking someone which clothes do i have to wear for a baptism or christening. I wore a blouse and pants today. I was really excited to attend the baptism since the baby was my cousin. We left at 10:30am, and we were expecting to be on time in the celebration.
When we were about to take a jeepney, the rain has fallen! What a day!!
We didn't notice that we forgot our umbrella at home, jeez! Things were not really going fine. So we were in the jeepney, looking for a chance to still be fine though there's a rain. Looking for a time to not be wet under the rain. When we were about to get off, the rain has stopped! thanks God!
Walking a bit was quite tiring because the road was wet. We took a train. There's no much people inside because it's sunday. The place where we have to go was quite near then the rain has begun! C'mon, i need to be ok and fine. We were out of the train then we had to cross the road and take another jeepney. No taxi at all. No buses to go to the destination No choice. My feet were wet and I felt quite ashamed to be in that condition. What a day! Walking down the street under the rain was really annoying. I bought an umbrella but was quite small for us three. We had to wait 30 minutes at least to look for a jeepney. The barker couldn't find a jeepney for us so as soon as i saw the jeepney coming to our destination, i called him and stop him for us to go inside. Many jeepneys before being in the jeepney which we were calling. Too wet to be ok in the church, the time was getting nearer and in 30 minutes, we'd be late. I was expecting that the ride would be ok and no traffic since it's sunday but i expected wrong. The traffic was really really really impossible. The jeepney couldn't go on. Still too long to travel.
The mass has ended, and the baby was baptized. I didn't see her in the church but in their house. My expectation and excitement went bad.
We arrived at 12:45, when the celebration was at 12. so bad.. An expectation of being fine was worst.
Anyway, I ate, I give the food and I carried the baby. That's important.
Wooh! ^^
