Every1 who got banned cuz of the fucking tag"F" includinge and Aqua, when we all get a new xbox and account we should start up a clan called FMS (fuck microsoft). P.S. Im on the phone wit Aqua and hes said dont buy a console from gamestop, buy 1 from a website or a person so microsoft cant make money lol

I don't think your warranty covers getting banned. That's not a console issue; the Xbox still works fine. lol

Where in the Terms/Conditions does it say 'Don't add a stolen tag' though?
It seems totally unfair and random.
Pretty sure nobody knew you could get banned just for adding a gamertag.

In the ToS it also says they can ban for whatever reason they want also... Cause they suck dick.
