Mike, I believe you're suggesting teaching someone on a one to one basis, much like tutoring. This is a good idea, but wouldn't it be better to target a lot of people that are struggling and start off at the same place and time? Also, it would be so much more time consuming to do this idea on a one to one basis. It also removes the social aspect of meeting knew people and exchanging different tips and tricks.
Gamma, you make an interesting point. I did state however that the "teacher" will be paid either by donations from "pupils" or I'll fund it once I've set up my RAT. I agree with your point about consequences for mistakes. I think implementing a set of strict rigid rules should help solve this problem.
Michael, thanks for your supportReally appreciate it
Pichu, I do agree that it is a long thread, but I think it's fair to say it's not a lot of effort to read. If people are put off by a lot of text then I'd suggest they rethink their attitude towards reading. Again, thanks for your support!

( eg [hide=-premium]your tinychat link here [/hide] )
this keeps the incentive to upgrade, but also allows tutors to teach all members if they would like.

Thanks for taking the time to come up with this.
