This is a long and mildly stupid read, It's a mild 3-4 week story of how lazy and pathetic i am and how i'm changing, Advice and support would be nice 
Well, i've finished all my exams (2-3 weeks ago) and all i've done since then is slob around on my bed, watch movies, Play RS, Bot RS and browse the forums.
I'm really lanky and pretty unfit, (there's a lot of the kind of person i'm on about so you know what i mean) I do nothing physical whatsoever. My sleeping pattern is well and truly fucked (I've slept about 15-20 hours since Friday GMT) I fell asleep an hour before i was ment to do my paper round and because I was that tired Ididn't get woken by my alarm, My dad was shaking me and telling me to get my ass outta bed.. :L
BUT Today i'm limiting all of that.
I have a to do list as of now.
Hopefully i will be going to the gym every otherday, i will be swimming/running, and then the next day i will be biking 5miles (road biking).
I'll be changing my diet aswell, For the past 3 weeks i've been living off of microwaveable spaghetti and crisps.
I'll be doing my best to try and get my 5 a day, eat sandwhiches and cereal. Things like that :3
I will also be starting a project because i always say i'm going to do something and never actually pull through to do it.
I will be learning everything i need to learn to code a bot, i know it doesn't sound like a lot, but i'm a lazy bastard ;D
Already downloaded everything i need and i will be going over a few tutorials tonight to try and understand everything.

- Join the gym.
- Clean my room.
- Buy some running shoes.
- Dig out my bike from the garage.
- Fix the bike.
- Ride the bike.
- Go to bank and deposit my savings
- Purchase iPod and some decent headphones.
- ???
- Profit... No wait.. Loss.
