Thumbs up/down a Post?

Say if some FK member posted something you like or thought was funny, you should be ably to like it.

I don't know too much about MyBB, so I'm not sure if there's a plug-in for this or if there's a setting or anything.
But I think it'd be pretty cool to have. IP.Board has this, cept when you thumbs up/down, it counts as rep.

Well I mean who wants every one of their posts getting thumbs-downed? I say only donator onyx and power members can thumbs-down, anyone can thumbs up.
