I posted this on another forums a while back don't flame me if the method's are now patched, theres a chance they aren't that slim chance could be your ticket out of a ban. If none of them work and it's proven send me a pm and i'll remove the thread thank you.
1.Turn on your xbox, Plug in your USB and goto System Settings, Then click Memory, Select your HDD, Click Gamer Profiles, Select your gamertag, Click Move, Move it to your USB.
2.Unplug USB from xbox and plug into the computer and open modio
3.Click the big M in modio and then click explore device
4.Click File then Open Device
5.Click on content, Once you open content click your gamertag, Continue to click until E0000
6.Drag the file to the desktop then unplug and put in your xbox transfer your profile from your USB to Your HDD then plug USB into your computer.
7.Drag the profile you placed in your desktop into Modio
8.Change the last number/letter in the Profile ID to any number for (ex.1)
9.Rehash and Resign then save to device and plug into your xbox
10.Sign into your account, you will have to of the same account load up the one that says MU.
11.Load your profile up and you are now unbanned from Black Ops

Step 2. Type "ipconfig /release" This will remove your ip.
Step 3. Type "ipconfig /renew" This will give you a new ip thus removing your Ip ban!

9.Load up Black Ops and select Multiplayer.
*Sign into your non-banned account with controller one*
Second Controller:
1) Sign in as your banned controller on controller 2
2) Hover over your Banned Account
3) Back Out of the menu
4) Open up Local>Splitscreen
5) Press Y on your controller and hover over to "xbox live party"
You must be in a XBL party
6) Select combat record then press the B on your controller (You should be in your playercard)
9) Hover over Prestige Mode
10) On your Non-Banned account join the Banned accounts session
How to unban yourself from Black Op's
What you will need:
