I been banned like 10 times and had my posting abilites takin away for awhile.

Also lost my computer for like a month :)

Haha he is doing it on purpose so you can't catch him! Just don't post anything bad so that he doesn't get a reason to do it again

That is because you spam post. I bet if I reviewed all your post there would be 500 either evading the limit, breaking the rules, or just pure spam.
