Okay, as you guys probably saw Ricky selling the gamertag "Bogeyman". I was letting him sell it for me because I did not have access to my FK but i reset my password now.

I am the OG owner of the account, never been on any consoles but mine. I went on xbox.com just now and my account now says "You won't be able to sign in to Xbox LIVE until 12/31/9999". There's definitely an employee on here, if you want proof that my gamertag Bogeyman is banned hit me up on aim

And some of you children think Philly is monitoring the IP's? Probably, no one says a MS Employee can't use a proxy or they won't. THEY WILL. Philly has to block Proxies from accessing the site. Look at TheTechGame.com for example, NO proxies work to access the site. But oh well it is what it is, my tag just got perm banned. -_-

What was the tag? Well, I guess we have a new method to ban gamertags.

Nah it is because the kid scammed my friend for the tag. I just provide legitimate pictures.

Oh well then I would've got all the kids tags banned and if he only had that one then he's pretty depressed right now. lol
 
Ugh, just go through the people that registered in the last month and look for the most time spent online. Tis the MS employee.

Easy fix, no? But really, tags get banned it's your own fault for not going by the Code of Conduct. Just buy a final tag and stick with it.

So this means that if someone is selling a tag you can post the tag or proof anymore?

I completely agree with that statement. I have a couple sexy tags i will never sell just because i don't sell GT's and don't want them banned :p I advise everyone to just get some sort of sexy "oG" and just stop selling them and just sell tenure accounts or accounts with MSP on it.
 
No one monitors IP's on FK i know this for a fact.

I 100% agree with what Living stated. I HIGHLY doubt anyone is monitoring IP's lol, Philly has better stuff to do with his life then care about our tags. As long as his tags don't get banned he's good.

I dont think that's a legitimate way of finding a MS employee lol. I joined not to long ago, and i've been online every day, watching the market and other threads. Trying to learn things about the trading of GT's and accounts as well as psn (though it's alot harder to find threads here on PSN). However i agree with your other statement, find a good gamertag and keep it. If you were to sell a "OG" GT couldnt you handle the proof aspect via aim?
 
I wouldn't say 100%, but there possibly is one.
