I'm outraged right now with this user and the circumstances. A few weeks ago I was banned for "Charging back" On the user Kev for 10 dollars from a previous transaction. Basically, I was trying to charge back via Paypal on someone else and I accidentally copy and pasted the wrong transaction id which out of all people.. happened to be Kev's. Then I tried to correct my error as soon as I realized what I had done by simply canceling the dispute. After I tried that Paypal proceeded to give me an error saying "This request can not be completed." I then contacted the user Kev and told him my problem and he basically brushed it off and continued to tell me that he was going to get me banned because he's had hatred towards me since the beginning and I've never done nothing to the kid. Well, he contacts the moderator Brenton and I get banned for "Scamming" I then contact the user Brenton via aim and he informs me that I have 72 hours to pay back the funds or I'm perma-banned. He unbans me and lets me go on my way. Around 36 hours later I log on to FK to find out that I'm... Banned? I then contacted Brenton and he said that Ocean banned me. I get in contact with Ocean and he tells me that I have to wear DWC until Kev gets unbanned. The dispute did end up getting canceled and Kev does have his money. Well, today I get this private message from Kev

He's basically taunting me and saying how it's funny that I got put into this usergroup and sure enough he gets banned AGAIN. I'm irate right now because he's just going to keep on multiaccounting and my reputation is slowly disappearing. Could a staff or moderator please review this and suggest taking me out of this usergroup? Thanks,

You charged back, and that's considered as scamming. But you gave him his money back, which instead of getting banned, you get put in DWC. I don't see why you're complaining when you made the mistake in the first place.

Yes sir, that's why if you look in the bans list it says "Multiaccounting" Next to the ban reason.

Doesn't matter if it was an "accident" or not, you still did it and you're getting your punishment for doing so.

Until Kev is unbanned which he is but he's refusing to let the moderators know that the dispute was canceled.
 
Well Kev is now un-banned. So if you're able to take it off when he got unbanned you can take it off.

Just provide proof that it was cancelled.

Fuck it, I'm taking this userbar off because Kev just admitted in a private message that he won the dispute and I have proof. /Thread closed and me back in power userbar!!
