What the fuck is "plank"? Is it like the stupid thing that you get above something and think that you're a plank?
I don't know the name in spanish, and Google tranlator fails too :/

Plank is easy mode, if you want a real core workout do it on one arm and leg.

^ The most common plank workout is the mid stance (show in the picture) then after X amount of time you switch to one side and hold the leg and arm, That are not on the ground up into the air straight for the duration then you go back to mid for x amount of time(usually half of the first mid session) then the next side and finishing with mid for the longest duration.
