In order to be CONSIDERED for the group, you'll need to have been active in the past three weeks, minus the time that you have spent applying today.
We don't have age limitations, as youngsters have proved themselves IRL on multiple occasions.
If you have been banned, or have received a warning in the last SIX MONTHS for ANYTHING, you aren't eligible. Negative reputations and your overall forum reputation will be reviewed and considered on a case-to-case basis.
